Technologies solves the need for a separate bare board
unloader and magazine unloader with the new MBL-1200.
The MBL-1200 is a multi purpose PCB unloader that is capable
of unloading bare boards and boards from a magazine and
load them onto a PCB assembly line. Utilizing the optional
Programmable Intelligent Feeding (PIF) system, bare boards,
magazine loaded boards or a mix of both bare boards and
magazine loaded boards can be unloaded onto the PCB assembly
line in a variety of configurations.
The MBL-1200 provides a variety of production enhancements
by transforming PCB assembly lines that have a single
unloading capabilities into a versatile multi-functioning
assembly line which is needed to compete in today's market
place. |

Increased
production throughput is achieved by eliminating the need
for multiple unloading setups and enabling multiple PCB
configurations to be unloaded onto the assembly line,
without unnecessary down time. The additional benefit
of the MBL-1200 system is the smaller foot print and a
lower maintenance cost than that associated with using
two separate unloading systems.

Introducing
the BBL-550 Bare Board Unloader by AIC Technologies. The
BBL-550 is a large capacity pass through bare board unloader
which can be used at the start of an assembly line or
after another station, where it can either place bare
boards onto the assembly line or be used in pass through
mode, as a connecting conveyor.
