JEM-310 Batch Reflow System is the industry leading true
forced convection bench top reflow system that is designed
for low volume and prototype SMT assembly, where precise
and accurate heating is required. The reflow system has
several unique features, observation window, N2 capability,
and an on board closed loop computer controller, which
enhance operation and provide the user with significant

process can greatly help the operator visualize the reflow
process as it takes place and gain knowledge about the
process that would not other wise possible. The on board
computer controller can store (99) user defined thermal
profiles, graphically plot thermal profiles during the
reflow process.
The true forced convection heating is a unique feature
found in the JEM-310 reflow ovens, which has (5) timed
reflow zones. The heating chamber contains two open coil
heaters, that are separated from the PCB by a plenum and
a high temperature blower that circulates the air flow
from the heating chamber and into the reflow area where
the PCB is located. This is unique in that the heating
elements are not exposed to the PCB during the reflow
process, thus creating the only true forced convection
heating environment found in a batch reflow system.
